Custom Cutting
Each order includes a custom cutting sheet so your beef is prepared exactly the way you want it. Our butcher will follow your instructions, and if you’re unsure about anything, we can walk you through the options. All beef is vacuum-sealed for long-term freshness.

• Half Beef: $8.40/lb (approx. 425 lbs hanging weight)
