  • Whole Pig - estimated 220 lbs hanging weight @ $4.75 Approximately $1000. You'll get approximately 180 lbs in your freezer depending on your cutting instructions and size of your whole pig. Approximately 5-7 cubic feet of freezer space required. Butcher fees included 250$ down, pay difference upon delivery

  • 20 x 2/pack loin chops (back bacon, smoked chops or roasts)
  • 16-20 lbs bacon
  • 4 x 4 lbs. butt roasts (can be cut into chops, ground pork or sausage)
  • 12 lbs. smoked ham
  • 4 packages spare ribs
  • hocks and jowels 
  • 10 lbs ground (can be sausage) 
  • soup bones
  • trotters, tail, heart, kidneys and head
  • 10lb sausage (more available depending on cutting instructions
